चालकोई की कहानी
चालकोई की स्थापना 2018 में विक्रम सिंह राठौड़ और सुनीता देवी भाटी ने की - एक सेवानिवृत्त आईएएस अधिकारी और एक ग्रामीण स्कूल शिक्षिका, जिनका विश्वास था कि भूगोल किसी बच्चे का भविष्य तय नहीं करना चाहिए।
चालकोई का अर्थ है "आइए साथ चलें" - यह आदेश नहीं, निमंत्रण है। हम छात्रों, समुदायों और परंपराओं के साथ चलते हैं।

Chalkoi Foundation is registered as a Section 8 company in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, with a mandate to support rural education.

First Cohort of Scholars
28 merit scholars from Barmer, Jaisalmer, and Jodhpur districts receive the inaugural Chalkoi Scholarship.

Heritage Archive Launched
The Marwari Heritage Oral History Archive is inaugurated - over 1,200 oral testimonies from rural communities digitally preserved.

District Expansion
Programming expands to 18 districts and 80+ village partnerships across Rajasthan, aided by a State Government MoU.

10,000th Scholarship
The foundation reaches a landmark: 10,000 scholarships disbursed across Class 10 through postgraduate programmes.

Language Studies Centre
The Chalkoi Centre for Rajasthani Language Studies is inaugurated in Jodhpur, partnering with three regional universities.

Regional Expansion
Planned expansion to Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Haryana - extending the model of rural scholarship excellence beyond Rajasthan.
